And stock updates from winmo on the HTC site. Also, most new devices will qualify for the 6.5 upgrade. cr*pple has to update because of so many holes in the os and they sell them horribly crippled. I personally am not interested in a device I have to jailbreak to get the functionality thats locked down. * +
