It'd be a sort of 'sidegrade' - I dunno , how in the name of all that's holy could I know what device you had until your last paragraph? Could have been an LG Cookie or anything.. no the Touch Dual doesn't have GPS, but then I generally know where I am..

you can obviously see im at a all time low here. Please don't mock me or banish me to the international forum. Im even thinking of getting a sim only contract and getting a tocco lite or whatever its called.. I think im going to have to go voda and get the touch pro2. Or go insane! * +

It is difficult isn't it - have a look through the Nokia s60 forum for opinions on the N97, seems a pretty decent phone. Your best bet is to try to find a store near you that stocks all or most of the models you're considering so you can get some hands-on experience of each. *
