Under settings,sound notification and i enabled events and program notifications. When i get a message the vibration and tone doesnt stop playing unless i reset phone. * +

I'm not sure if your device will have the same layout as mine, but in 'notifications' under 'play sound' is there a box marked 'repeat'? You should ensure this is UNchecked, other than that I'm stumped I'm afraid. * +
