I've not seen any cricket games specifically for Windows Mobile so you might be stuck with java. * +

The only one I've seen that'd fit your screensize (if it's 240 x 320) is Ishant Sharma Cricket which is java - I haven't tested the game but the link works: http://is.gd/yTYJ (280kb) * +
