Sorry, had a good old look around with no success, the PPCWarez .cab link is down and I've downloaded the .exe from Pocketgear but can't extract the .cab with CutTheCab :( * +

If you're a member at PPCWarez you could report the .cab link broken and request a re-upload, they're usually very quick at that sort of thing. * +
