hi friends i m new user of blackberry 8100.before i always used nokia s60.i have many problems.my cell power off sometimes when i receive call.i cant play videos in full screen. *

id say go to blackberry website and look for an update or sumfin..if its lock to ur network provider call them and tell them your problem. they might be able to offer you a replacement blackberry or advice you for an update.. *
