my mate had exact same prob he sent it 4 repair they cudnt find anything wrong with it and wudnt replace it at the end he threatend taking them 2 court wen they replaced it since they ent had a prob * +

u cant just threaten to take companies to court, dont forget that they know their rights better than u... i used to work for dell and have seen this kinda instances so many times. at the end we just compensate the customer only to avoid paying the lawers as that will be costlier than just changing the device. *
