I just checked out Hulu which is a very cool site for tv episodes, documentaries, even full movies. Best of all its free! Its intended for pc use but if you use the Skyfire browser it can be viewed on our ppc. * +

I'll have a look in a bit.. I've got a Family Guy clip from Youtube with their intro and addy on it so I assume so, but downloads may have their logo on - I'll upload a screenshot. * +

it doesn't look like you can download in any normal fashion, although there appear to be certain PC apps (Riptiger etc.) that can. The excellent Youtube player app will save any video from Youtube in glorious .flv though, and most things I've looked for recently I've found using that. (Coreplayer only streams and downloads cruddy mp4 even though there's an .flv option) * +
