just wanting to know is there a way 2 bypass my 3g service on my i780. . . i have a feature 2 switch off my hsdpa.... but thats no help coz my coverage is really baaad... plz help.. is there a program i could use or myb a code 2 bypass it??? * +

if u dont want 3g, just change ur network settings to gsm only... * +

ive got it set 2 gsm only but it still is picking up 3g. . . * +

why did you buy a mobnile with hsdpa and 3g if all you want is gsm? anyway as it was said if its set to gsm and not auto it should only pickup a gprs signal. enjoy your snail speed browsing * +

no thats the thing..... i wanted hsdpa.... but these days the service provider im using has the worst coverage in my are.... b but thanks i'll try it.... * +

this aint making much sense at all your phone will switch to the best available gprs setting available whether that be HSPDA, 3G, Edge or GPRS so what the problem? *
