is there a way to create shortcuts or an app as i can only run igo from file explorer a *

i can make a shortcut with resco explorer. click on the exe of igo then select send to startmenu as shortcut. and if you dont want it on the startmenu but you want kt in your programms folder cut the created ink file from windows/startmenu and pasted it in the programms folder. *
