If the option's not there anymore you may well need to do a hard reset - have you installed a cooked ROM or anything like that? It should look like this: http://two.xthost.info/garion/cam.png * +

That is SERIOUSLY weird - I'm stumped I'm afraid, maybe you'll have to send/take it to a service centre. A hard reset should have returned it to it's 'out-of-the-box' state.. * +

I know,its not thar big a deal,since the otherr cam works fine,but just knowing I have an htc with an incomplete function is eating the cr*p outa me *
