ok ppl i get my htc hd touch monday when i open it up and put the battery and sim in turn on! then what? is there any need format anything? or install something? just want advice as windows mobile is all new to me! * +

A hard reset before you add anything can't hurt. There should be a button for it. And format your mmc. * +

an unbranded phone - its best to leave the back of the phone so you can remove the battery quickly before the customization starts. not everything will be removed you may get a couple of the networks icons but they can be modified later. it will make your today screen look better and run a bit faster also' UNQUOTE * +
