omnia is better imo, cause of bigger ram and better processor, but i heard that the touch screen sucks big time... dint have a chance to play wit 1 myself though... * +

ram aint a prob, i get 60mb on boot, if i disable touchflo i get around 70mb, also has virtual memory, not sure if virtual mem works same as on a pc tho * +
