You've probably all noticed that we've now got glorious Google ads to contend with 
on every page except the forums. Not only does this slow your browsing down, it also loads around 120kb a page which is kinda heavy for a wapsite.. if you use Netfront a lot (and if not, why not) simply go to 'menu/view setting/edit/new' and create a new profile set to 'rapid render' and 'smartfit' * +

Huh, that was short-lived 
those great big white spaces top and bottom are back even with rapid render, it's even worse in I.E. guess we'll just have to get used to it :( * +

either live with it or turn of the java plugin on hte browser also use simple browser instead of rapid render, you can even turn off animations to cut out icons if you want, go to browser settings/ content view, and untick images, animations, and javaScript. that should get it to basic wap pages * +

just tried it and it makes the pages text only. under 4kb per page isn't bad for a wap page * +

but i know how to hamstring any browser to reduce data consumption. It's more of an aesthetic thing - the main Prodigits content is lost in the middle of this sea of white. What I've been trying to find is a way of getting it back to how it looked last week. I first noticed it the other day when loading the site in Internet Explorer and spotted a left to right * +

scroll bar which hadn't been there before. I appreciate that any site offering free services to millions of users needs to rely on advertising, and I can live with being offered free O2 sims at the top of the page and being told that filthy women from Manchester are dying to meet me at the bottom, but this is ridiculous.. * +

A week ago I could take a screenshot of my entry page which'd show all of it - now I'd need to take at least 4, and that's a lot of extra scrolling time, it just looks really unpleasant, I hope Ahmet's going to sort it out
