I got the fone a month ago and now it doesnt switch on. Pluggin the charger and it charges (light goes on). When i switch it on, it vibrates, writes smart mobility and thats it. * +

try taking out the storage card before you turn it on then take out the battery for 30 seconds and turn it on again without the storage card in. if that doesn't work you may need to do a hard reset * +

hold down the two soft keys while using the soft reset dont release the two soft keys untill after you have presses the soft reset once that is dont a grew screen will come up asking you to select the send key to reset the device or call end to cancel the procedure. doing a hard reset will reset your device to factory settings and you will lose everything you havent backed up * +

the two soft keys just below the screen. they are devided in 2 so press the top two. you know where the soft reset buttont is right? ther hole on the bottom right hand side of the device * +
