it completely depends on ur choice and preferences... and that varies from person to person, but none of them have it all... u need to put priorities in front... * +

For my personal taste i'd go with the omnia, htc, g1, n96 iphone. But as previous posts have stated this is all down to the individual and what you want the phone capabilities to be. * +
