well you will need a better spec pda than that. if your developing software and games you really need to develope them for wm6 or higher. wm5 pda's are going to be getting phased out sooner than later and they run with more ram and rom.. alot more * +

look for a second hand htc wizzard or original htc tytn. seconf hand will be your best bet for getting the most for your money * +

not for 100USD umpc's are more expencive then pda's. your basic specs to run wm6 on is 128mb ram and 64mb rom but thats pushing it on the rom because that leaves about 15mb rom after the os is installed best performance for testing purposes would be 128mb ram and 256mb rom or even 128mb rom to keep the price down * +
