.net compact framework is what some software need to run properly or any at all on windows mobiles. older windows mobiles usually come with v1 my tytnII had v2 but now v3.5 is out the newer windows mobiles will have that and software will be built around that version eventually so it will be needed sooner or later. so use the link and download and install it. * +
