yes my touch plus is t-mobile branded...well was t-mobile branded. its on contract. my tytn II is sim free but its had a few roms on, its gone back for repair twice so i put the original htc rom on before i nsent it off for repair. * +

you may be able to get a SoftSPL that will revert back to the original SPL after ahard reset so there is no trace its been flashed if its checked. but they dont really check in most cases * +
