First I will start with one that I use which is Bluebottle. Go into messaging and select options and setup account. When prompted to enter email address then you guessed it enter your email address. Here comes the easy bit... * +

you will be asked to enter your username and password. your username will be your FULL email address, your password will be whatever you defined it as. You then click next. The rest will be done automatically. Click next until everything is done. * +

Pls note that you can only do this once have setup an email account at bluebottle. Also you must go to the web version of bluebottle email and switch off message verification,else whoever emails you will not get through directly. It will have to verified which quite annoying. It definitely prevents any spam to your inbox. Addresses that you have already snet mail to will automatically verified... * +

The next one is gmail, which is even easier. Go to web version of gmail and activate your pop3 access. Once you have done this, all you do is enter username and password, but your username now is not your full address only part in front of @ in your email adress. Thus the same like bluebottle... * +
