Has anybody tried using the mobile tv service thats provided by the uk networks on a windows based smartphone? Will windows media player work with it? Or is it just confined to more convential 3g phones like Nokia s60 devices? * +

If you cant stream the networks mobile Tv on wap surely you would be able to stream tv on a web site providing you are in a 3g reception area. Make sure you have a good data plan though otherwise your streaming could cost you as much as you paid for your windows smartphone lol. * +

It depends on what bandwidth the site requires. Ive tried it plenty of times on numerous phones at http://www.Tv4all.com. And although most smartphones will load the site ok they wont stream the tv stations. But it may work on other sites i havnt tried. Unless anybody knows of a mobile tv app for windows mobile? Depending on what version of 0.S. you have. * +

If you have an older windows device it could be windows mobile 2003, or a newer device maybe windows mobile 5 or 6. * +
