i want buy new ppc.here r two choice ,first s a used 2nd hand o2 atom in 9k,nd second opt s htc p3400 in 12k indian rupees.which would be better o2 or htc.o2 having intel 417 mhz processor nd htc having 200 mhz,is this create any diff. * +
