The phone has a slow processor which in turn makes the interface sluggish. But the advantage with this is that you great battery life when web surfing, infact probably the best out of all other simular devices. The letterbox screen is ideal for websites even if the keyboard design is a bit odd. Sound through the internal speaker is very good. * +

The polyphonics are suprisingly good for a business phone. Rf signal performance for making calls is excellant. The front cover is swappable if you can find anywhere that sells them! The fax facility is a unique feature and one that is absent from most other smartphones unless you download one. Alas the 9500 is not 3g. The cam takes good photos despite the resolution. But camcorder recording poor * +

So really its a bit of a mixed bag you could say. Some disadvantages like the processor can be turned into and advantage. Others cant. I do still have a 9500 myself and wouldnt part with it cos its the only phone that gives me good battery life while surfing. * +
