I used to run a phoneshop that closed down november. I had loads of customers complaining about SPV's one chap had 4 replacements. This applies to all versions apart from the M1000 which is an Xda 2 clone. Unless your lucky and get a good one. If you have to get it replaced more than once my advice is to change phones under the 14 day terms. The M1000 is an expensive pda phone *
