For just over the past day, my mate and i, are unable to recieve emails from anyone other than 3mail users. We can still send to non 3mail addresses, just not able to recieve from them. We have informed 3, who told us to wait 24hrs as it maybe having an update. This maybe the case, but if not, and your having same problem, please also lodge your complaint so something gets done about it. * +

I thought it was well known some email accounts can't always send to 3mail. I've had the problem for ages. But they always get through eventually. * +

Its the same for everyone zigzag. Its very embarrassing because the person sending the email gets it bounced back with no host resolved named 3mail or smpt not found at this location. I spent an hour on the phone with customer services on sunday. They are so pathetic. * +

I've got the same problem. It only started last week. I now can't receive email from ANYONE who's not on 3mail. If they don't sort it out very soon, i'm just gonna change networks. * +

I called technical services again last night. The guy looked on the computer and he reckoned that nothing had been logged about the smpt having had a single outage this weekend. Well i haven't had a single email outside of 3mail (and they all written in the subject area ;-) ) since friday. I don't mind paying for 3mail, but 5 days loss of service is no joke. The twits! * +
