You can use voice commands to turn Bluetooth on and off using the excellent 'Assistant' app by SpeakToIt (it'll do a lot of other things too, like Siri for iPhone) if it's available for your device (you didn't say if it's an HTC ANDROID phone) if it is, search 'Speaktoit' on the market - it's free. *
