iPhone would be my choice, but then I prefer osx to android. As had a number or android phones which have all been mediocre. And only one iPhone (4) which has been superb! * +

out of those two, for me s3 all the way. as apple doesn't support you jailbreaking while Google isn't bothered at all. * +

They dont care to make their customers happy they are too busy trying to own the rectangle.
