Generally you can't - it's dependent on the capacity of your network and the capability of your phone, 3G is faster than 2G, HSDPA is faster than 3G, hence if your phone only does 2G it will be quite slow. For faster browsing try downloading Opera Mini as it compresses big pages and weeds out unnecessary stuff like animations, speeding up the loading process.
