call your network and get them to send you a new sim. *

Your network provider will be the only party who can help you on this... Or some phones support unlocking of SIMs, and if you suppose to be using that one. You could have crack it by dialling: star, star, hash, new pin, new pin, new pin, hash. Then you press your send button! *
