plz help! My alcatel otc701 stop responding it only shows alcatel logo when i turned it on then it stops there.. Help me, tell me all the best possible ways to address my problem.. plz tel me wat to do.. thank you so much! *

Chromike, check out if this will work. Charge the phones battery, then switch it on. When its on, then remove the battery from it whiles the phone is on. Then please leave the phone awhile for about two days. After dat insert the batt n without switchin d phone on charge d batt again then switch it on now. It works, inbox me. Thanks and bye! *
