If the phone is stucked with nothing working, then try switching it of, take out the battery, insert it back and check if its gone. * +

Again try restoring the phone's default factory settings, it might be that you activated a wrong option. Read more under your phone's settings from the manual. * +

Hmm then thats serious. Maybe you activated or deactivated a feature, if you have forgotten or remembered then try resetting that again. Am very sorry and hope it works 4 you, if not then i think it have to go to the repairs. * +

Thats strange. Check if you can get information from your phones manufacturers about that problem, its too serious.... If even 911 isnt working. *
