its maybe because you are doing too much of multitasking , without even knowing it... press and hold 'menu' key and see how many applications are running in background... * +

Yes make sure that when you finish using an application you do close it. This may sound obvious, but it is possable to get out of the app without closing it. Some people even just press the red phone key cos its the quickest way of getting out of the main menu completely. Not good, treat it with respect. * +

Its allmost like pressing the restart button on your pc without shutting down windows although not quite as bad. * +
