Nothing wrong witi 3 reception in the uk, you get more 3g coverage than any other network and it roams onto 02 when in 2.5g. Pay as you go on 3 is a bit restricted though. Expiry on vouchers is bad. A lot of bundles on contract are not available on pay as you talk. * +

And last time i tried to get the live tv package it wouldnt let me cos its only only applicable to contract. 3 have loosened up on contract, but not on pay as you talk. Many other networks in the uk offer the same deals to both contract and pay as you go customers. One example is vodafones 'vodafone family option offering unlimited anytime calls to 4 people in the group. * +

Once upon a time when pay as you talk was quite new free minutes and text bundles were unheard of. And only the most basic phones were available on pay as you talk. But those days are thankfully long gone, 3 need to get into the 21st century with pay as you talk otherwise they will loose out to other networks. The 500 free minutes is great for 25 quid a month though. * +
