My boyfriend as given me his old contract fone samsung z00 locked on orange i've put some software codes in and its frozen the sim settings saying contact provider, wat i want 2 no is av i ballz'd it up or can it b restored back 2 its rightful self? just wanna no cause i wanna get it unlocked x *

I've contacted orange who's first reaction was 2 go Mmm just pop on hold 4 3 mins 6 times!....,i got sent sim updates which i couldn't receive as the phone's frozen as soon as u put a sim card in. even orange the original provider. x *
