You can buy whatever phone you want to have.. I don't believe it affects your service contract any.. *

Why not wait and there will be an even better phone out that you could probably get for free with the upgrade. Though they will probably take off a certain amount off but waiting for an upgrade is better! Trust my mom does it all the time. She keeps phones for years thou like 5! *
