Ive neva actualy held or used or seen (in real life) a Sidekick only on TV ive seen it, so im jus guessin urz got a firmware bug So rather take it to a fone service center near you and ask them if they cud gv it a firmware Update * +

I'm on a sk 2 and sometimes its taken ages to start up, I'm talking half an hour. I don't know what you've tried but removing battery for some time has helped b4. they also say sk2's are best restarted daily to re-log you onto the network. hope that's some help. goodluck! * +

hold the l and the botten that have 3 lines a cross * +
