maybe the person your trying to text and call dont want you to text or call. there are applications that will block texts and calls from a mobile so the sender wont know its been blocked, ive got an app for my phone that does that, i had one on my p910i also. if its not that then its either the other persons pone thats faulty or there network has a problem. is it an international number? * +
