Quick check via google and the answer is nope it dosen't have 'phone' capabilities.I suggest you go to modaco.com and have a little gander around,lol.Are you desperate to buy now?if not i'd wait!anyhow its worth checking out The Voxtel W740 pocket pc that has a 4mp camera and is a relatively small(slow cpu tho),also the htc athena looks a mean piece of equitment,htc vox etc etc *
