have you installed usbmdm and usbmodem dialer files?You should have got a cd with those files when you bought the handset. * +

guys, i have another problem! when browsing through my phone my connection cuts every now and then! Sometimes it does not even connect but when i switch phones it works ok. Is there anything that i need to install so it can work without any problems. *
