hey am on vodafone and i just got 20 top up but when i ring up the top up line and it gives you the what to press it says it doesnt know what you pressed! and it doing it wiv custom service to! can anyone help? *

Try going to call settings, then look for something along the lines of 'DTMF'...make sure that its on/active. *
