Had it 7weeks and neva worked rite kept freezing n mms or text not sendin rite brought back 2shop n 2weeks l8r repair company sent back a exchange phone thats about a year old all dirty n disgusting neva said wat problem was wit my phone which was clean and unmarked how can de get away wit this robbery of my new phone??? *

They basically sent me a used dirty recycled phone thats at least 6months old and looks disgusting compared to my shiny new phone which de keeping to probably repair and sell as new phone! *

they say in the small letters that thay may give u a used 1 does it work properly i have the my x the model b4 yrs nice phone. sometimes it gets problems on the internet and throws always dne that but have it 3 yrs now still going strong *
