i've had similar problems with gx20 on voda basically you can change some stuff online but need to ring them up to tell you what to do changing the settings but dial from another phone ps why become admin? * +

If you try the link 5 on my site it has all the uk wap and mms settings although i have found with sharp phones with orange mms i can only send to other orange phones its not that mms needs activating because mms works perfect with same simcard in other phones * +
