You can send a mms to an email address on most current phones x if the person receiving the mms has pop 3 on their phone or email options it should be easy to view x i send mms to email accounts all over the world and they get there x mms to a number does not work for some countries as networks are not always aligned or have agreements with other networks to exchange x * +
