Ummm mycare.O2.Co.Uk i think iv emailed them using that address and gotta reply so hope thats rite 4 ya. On the email they need ya full name, dob, phone num and model and address i think it to aswell to confirm its yoo. So just include that s**t in the email. Hope thats helped x * +
