My mates giving me hes o2 xda can this phone b formated and does it have full net access or do i have 2 download an app im on 02 so i think my sim should work cheers *

Formatting the phone would not be a wise idea. Why do you want to do that? The XDA has a web browser by default, its a standard feature. The pocket PC operating system has all the right compenents for the web, including windows media player which can be used to stream live radio stations over GPRS. All the XDA's will work on pay as you go. *
