I know this topic is suggestive to your own musical taste but i always here the same names page clapton hendrix who are all great n rock gods ..but personally i think its david gilmour who truly deserves to be called the true guitar god ..neway what do u think an whos your fav guitarist * +

Why do most people only assume that great guitarists only come from the last 20/30years?you never heard of people like Django reinhardt,robert johnson,herbet sumlin and i'm sure many more who tbh pi*s on the likes of mark knopfler * +

the most influental? Hendrix for sure, or Robert Johnson. Hard to choose a favourite one.. I'll have to say Dave Mustaine, the ultimate riffgod. * +
