Gosh, don't get me started.. the single most deliciously ambient slice of loveliness I've heard in years is 'Inlandish' by Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Tim Story, and if you haven't heard it, you simply MUST. A perennial favourite is of course 'Warm Math' by EU and the same sentiments as above apply. I'm sure deerhoof would also have some recommendations such as the very acid-tinged Stars Of The Lid. * +
