@mangekyu - with regard to the cover, I think it's more critical of the futility of war, as outlined in 'Disposable Heroes' - the only track which could be (mis)construed as being critical of God would probably be 'Leper Messiah', but in fact it's more of an attack on the fake evangelists which proliferate in the US like maggots in rotten meat, who fleece the gullible in the NAME of God. * +
