Would it be a good idea to use an extra B string in place of the small E until I get new strings. And one more thing, my friend plays a right-hand guitar but he's left handed is that a bad thing? * +

It's a dodgy brand so I don't know the gauge size, but the B string will fit, gonna get a new one soon. * +
