They're not playin some stuff like melodic death metal. Their genres fall to groove metal and exactly metalcore. reading * +

You listen to the wrong bands. Don't confuse metalcore with punk rock and post-hardc*re. Not everyone can tolerate gutteral screams and grunts substitued for clean vocals. A7X, KSE, Trivium, BFMV is also alright. * +

every BFMV song sounds the same. Dull and boring. Metalcore doesnt even have the same power and attitude as metal. Also metalcore is as mainstream as music with distorted guitars can be. * +

Most other metal genres are mainstream too with the exception of, black, power and death metal to name a few. And I can say that all death, black and power metal songs sound the same to me but they're not. You have to grow into the genre. They all used to sound the same to me until recently, now I can hear the difference. * +
